    • A 63-year-old man presented with a vague abdominal pain experienced for several weeks.
    • The results of routine general blood tests were within normal limits.
    • No significant abnormalities were found at ultrasound examination.
    • Abdominal contrast-enhanced CT was performed for persistence of the symptoms.
