    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 55-year-old woman presented with non-specific abdominal pain, abdominal distension, and diarrhea.
    • Laboratory tests were within normal limits, except for an elevated lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) level of 1487 U/L (reference range: 105–333).
    • Abdominal ultrasound revealed the presence of ascites.
    • Contrast-enhanced abdominal CT was subsequently performed.
