    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 21-year-old man presented with exophthalmos of the left eye and pain in the left maxillary region.
    • Upon questioning, he reported having nasal obstruction on the left side for 6 months.
    • A sinus radiograph demonstrated complete opacification of the left maxillary sinus.
    • Contrast-enhanced MDCT of the head and neck was performed to determine the cause of the exophthalmos.
