    • A 58-year-old man presented to the emergency room with left-sided hemiparesis.
    • His symptoms began approximately 2.5 hours earlier but were already starting to improve at presentation.
    • Non-enhanced CT of the brain and CT angiography (figures 1 to 3) were performed.
