    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 3-month-old baby girl presented with severe right ventricular insufficiency in a context of
      dyspnea, weakness and loss of weight.

    • Echocardiogaphy showed very large right heart cavities associated with high pulmonary pressure.
    • An anomalous venous return was suspected.
    • Contrast-enhanced MDCT was performed for further evaluation.
