    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 41-year-old man who required cholecystectomy underwent preoperative chest radiography, which revealed an unexpected chest mass.
    • His medical history indicated that he was a current smoker, had chronic hypertension, and suffered recurrent chest infections associated with fever.
    • Contrast-enhanced chest CT was performed to further evaluate the mass.
