    1. Patient presentation

    • A 36-year-old woman was brought to the emergency room after a motor vehicle accident with a
      short period of loss of consciousness

    • CT of the head was performed to rule out intracranial hemorrhage.
    • On bone kernel reconstructions, a lesion was noticed in the skull base.
