    • A 43-year-old woman presented with an incidental finding of a cystic renal lesion.
    • Laboratory tests were normal.
    • Ultrasound revealed a large cyst with multiple septa and fluid content.
    • Contrast-enhanced renal CT was performed to characterize the lesion.
