1. Patient presentation
- A 65-year-old man without health complaints had a physical examination.
- Laboratory tests revealed moderate anemia, slightly increased AST and ALT levels, and normal
carcinoembryonic antigen level. - Abdominal ultrasonography showed a heterogeneous, hyperechoic mass with irregular borders of 5
cm in the right lobe (V-VIII) and three simple cysts. - Contrast-enhanced abdominal CT was performed to further evaluate the mass.
