    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 77-year-old woman presented with right flank pain, hematuria, mild fever and malaise.
    • Results of laboratory tests indicated elevated serum levels of lactate dehydrogenase.
    • Abdominal ultrasound revealed a hypoechoic lesion of the right kidney as well as focal liver
      lesions.

    • Contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen was performed.
