    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 72-year-old man presented with cardiac failure.
    • Two years ago, he had a stent placed in the left anterior descending (LAD) artery.
    • Contrast-enhanced coronary CT angiography followed by a delayed acquisition without reinjection
      of contrast medium was performed to evaluate the stent.
