1. Patient Presentation
- A 75-year-old woman presented to the emergency room after she tripped and fell. She complained of headaches and slight dizziness, but was otherwise neurologically asymptomatic. A skin laceration was noted on her left forehead.
- The medical history was largely unremarkable, according to the patient and her family.
- Non-enhanced CT of the head was performed to rule out intracranial hemorrhage as a result of the fall
