1. Patient Presentation
- A 64-year-old woman presented to the outpatient clinic with headache and progressively decreasing vision in both eyes.
- When questioned, she reported that she had undergone neurosurgery 6 years ago. However, she did not bring the surgical reports with her, nor did she remember the exact type of surgery that had been performed.
- Non-enhanced CT of the brain was performed to rule-out increased intracranial pressure.
