    • An 82-year-old woman presented to the emergency room with an increasing headache for the past
      several days. In addition, she suffered from a new-onset left-sided hemiparesis. The medical
      history was largerly unremarkable.
    • Un-enhanced CT was performed (not shown), followed by CT-angiography
