1. Patient Presentation
- A 69-year-old HBV+ man underwent routine abdominal ultrasound.
- He had never undergone surgery before.
- Doppler ultrasonography revealed partial venous thrombosis and a double portal vein.
- Contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen was performed to confirm ultrasound findings and rule out
the presence of hepatic masses.
