    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 69-year-old HBV+ man underwent routine abdominal ultrasound.
    • He had never undergone surgery before.
    • Doppler ultrasonography revealed partial venous thrombosis and a double portal vein.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen was performed to confirm ultrasound findings and rule out
      the presence of hepatic masses.
