An 85-year-old woman presented to the emergency room with a first generalized
seizure. She was in a postictal state with drowsiness. - The seizure, witnessed by her grandson, had been tonic-clonic in nature.
- Relatives denied any previous seizures.
- Non-enhanced CT of the brain was performed.
