    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 44-year-old woman presented to the emergency with a first generalized seizure.
    • The seizure, witnessed by her family, was tonic-clonic in nature.
    • The patient was post-ictal at the time of presentation.
    • The patient’s medical and surgical history was largely unremarkable.
    • Non-enhanced and contrast-enhanced CT of the brain was performed.
