1. Patient Presentation
- A 44-year-old woman presented to the emergency with a first generalized seizure.
- The seizure, witnessed by her family, was tonic-clonic in nature.
- The patient was post-ictal at the time of presentation.
- The patient’s medical and surgical history was largely unremarkable.
- Non-enhanced and contrast-enhanced CT of the brain was performed.
