    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 23-year-old man presented to the emergency room with a generalized epileptic seizure.
    • His medical history was largely unremarkable according to family members.
    • Non-enhanced CT of the head was performed to rule out intracranial hemorrhage, ischemia and tumor.
