    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 71-year-old man presented to our hospital with emesis.
    • He had no history of cancer.
    • Laboratory tests gave normal results. In particular, he was negative for
      Helicobacter pylori.
    • Esophagogastroduodenoscopy did not reveal any gastric lesion.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen was performed to investigate further.
