  • A 10-day-old baby girl of 2.7 kg was brought to our attention for dyspnea.
  • Echocardiography suggested an anomalous pulmonary venous return.
  • Contrast-enhanced ECG-triggered CT was performed for anatomical evaluation before surgery.
