    1. Patient presentation

    • A 32-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with recurrent episodes of dyspnea and cough. She did not have fever and did not smoke.
    • Chest radiography demonstrated atelectasis of the right lower lobe.
    • Contrast-enhanced MDCT of the chest was performed in order to investigate the cause of atelectasis.
