    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 30-year-old woman reported dyschezia and cyclic pelvic pain.
    • Laboratory tests indicated elevated serum levels of CA-125 antigen, but other values were
      normal.

    • She was referred to our CT colonography service for further analysis.
