1. Patient Presentation
- A 58-year-old man had a previous medical history of aortic valve replacement with a mechanical valve 3 years ago.
- He presented with a diastolic murmur at auscultation.
- Echocardiography suggested a diagnosis of severe aortic regurgitation.
- Contrast-enhanced coronary CT angiography was performed to evaluate the aortic valve.
