    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 58-year-old man had a previous medical history of aortic valve replacement with a mechanical valve 3 years ago.
    • He presented with a diastolic murmur at auscultation.
    • Echocardiography suggested a diagnosis of severe aortic regurgitation.
    • Contrast-enhanced coronary CT angiography was performed to evaluate the aortic valve.
