1. Patient presentation
- A 59-year-old-woman with a positive family history for colorectal cancer presented with recurrent abdominal pain and disturbed bowel movements.
- Faecal occult blood test was positive.
- She refused to undergo colonoscopy and was therefore referred for CT colonography.
