    1. Patient presentation

    • A 59-year-old-woman with a positive family history for colorectal cancer presented with recurrent abdominal pain and disturbed bowel movements.
    • Faecal occult blood test was positive.
    • She refused to undergo colonoscopy and was therefore referred for CT colonography.
