    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 65-year-old man presented to the radiology department with chronic cough and worsening chest pain.
    • His medical history included 45 years of smoking habit.
    • Chest radiography demonstrated a right paramediastinal mass.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT of the whole body was performed to confirm the radiographic suspect of lung cancer and to stage the disease.
