    • A 50-year-old male smoker presented with persistent, productive cough.
    • He referred experiencing dyspnea during the past one month.
    • His medical history was remarkable for chest trauma 5 years ago.
    • No abnormality was found on routine chest radiographs.
    • Contrast-enhanced chest CT was performed.
