    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 68-year-old man was admitted because of intermittent atypical chest pain.
    • He had a history of multiple myeloma and chemotherapy.
    • He had suffered from hypertension for the past 15 years, but reported no other cardiovascular risk factors, except for a family history of coronary artery disease.
    • The patient reported a normal physical activity, and left ventricular function at echocardiography was normal (EF=52%).
    • Cardiac CT was requested in order to rule out a relevant coronary stenosis as the possible cause of the patient’s symptoms.
