    1. Patient presentation

    • A 73-year-old man was admitted to the hospital with chest pain. Coronary angiography did not
      reveal significant coronary disease.

    • The patient was hospitalized with the femoral catheter still in place. He developed abdominal
      pain two hours later.

    • Biphasic CT of the aorta was performed.
