    • A 66-year-old man presented with atypical chest pain.
    • Three years earlier, the patient had a stent implanted for stenosis of the left anterior
      descending (LAD) artery.

    • In-stent coronary restenosis was suspected.
    • Contrast-enhanced ECG-gated CT of the heart was performed.
