    1. Patient Presentation

    • An infant boy was born with cardiorespiratory failure and required mechanical ventilation.
    • Echocardiography, performed on the 1-day-old infant, suggested a diagnosis of total anomalous
      pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC) but did not clearly demonstrate the pulmonary vein anatomy.

    • Low-dose, contrast-enhanced dual-source CT was performed for further evaluation.
