    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 62-year-old man presented with atypical chest pain.
    • The patient had a history of coronary bypass grafts 5 years earlier, with 2 venous grafts
      (aorta to LAD and aorta to diagonal).

    • No recent change was depicted on ECG.
    • Contrast-enhanced cardiac CT was performed to assess bypass patency.
