1. Patient presentation
- A 28-year-old man was admitted for atrial fibrillation.
- A continuous murmur was heard in the left subclavian area.
- Echocardiography showed dilatation and global hypokinesia of the left ventricle and a large
dilatation of the left main coronary artery. - Cardiac CT was performed for further evaluation.
