    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 65-year-old man presented with recurrent episodes of arm and hand pain that was most intense when he lifted his arm above his head.
    • Doppler ultrasonography suggested a subclavian artery stenosis.
    • CT angiography of the chest and neck was performed for further evaluation.
