1. Patient Presentation
- An 83-year-old woman complained of an altered bowel habit.
- Optical colonoscopy was not performed because of her advanced age and low compliance to bowel preparation with cathartic drugs.
- CT colonography was therefore performed.
- Two years later, at the age of 85 years, she underwent a follow-up CT colonography examination to look for a possible evolution of the initial CT findings.
