    1. Patient presentation

    • A 30-year-old man had an episode of aborted sudden death while playing soccer.
    • Resuscitation immediately after cardiac arrest was successful.
    • ECG just after resuscitation revealed ST elevation in the inferior leads.
    • Contrast-enhanced cardiac CT was performed to determine the cause of cardiac arrest in this
      otherwise healthy young man.
