    • A 75-year-old woman presented with vague abdominal pain, low-grade fever and sweating.
    • Her medical history included celiac disease and sigmoid diverticula.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen and pelvis was performed to evaluate the gastrointestinal tract and other splanchnic organs.
