    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 52-year-old woman presented with vague abdominal pain.
    • Her medical history included ascending colon cancer (stage IIIC), for which she was currently undergoing chemotherapy with mFOLFOX6 and bevacizumab.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen and pelvis was performed to evaluate the liver and other splanchnic organs.
