    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 70-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with lumbar and abdominal pain, 3 days after falling off a ladder.
    • Abdominal ultrasonography demonstrated a large mass in the left adrenal region. Laboratory tests revealed mild anemia (hemoglobin, 10 g/dL).
    • Contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen and pelvis was performed to assess the adrenal mass and evaluate potential causes of anemia.
