    • A 64-year-old-female presented to the hospital with vague lower abdominal pain and melena
    • Blood tests showed mild anaemia (Hb 9 g/dL) and no signs of inflammation (WBC count <7000/µL; CRP <1 mg/L)
    • CT of the abdomen and pelvis was requested
