    1. Patient presentation

    • An 83-year-old man suffered from abdominal pain and constipation.
    • He had a history of surgery for sigmoid adenocarcinoma (stage III), with a left hemicolectomy having been performed 18 months earlier.
    • CT colonography was performed to evaluate the new abdominal complaints.
