An observational study has, for the first time, demonstrated the diagnostic accuracy of scoring systems derived from non-invasive contrast-enhanced coronary CT angiography. These systems can predict the procedural outcome of chronic total occlusion treated with percutaneous coronary intervention using the hybrid algorithm approach.
