Association between right bundle branch block and subclinical coronary atherosclerosis detected by CT angiography

A recent study aimed at evaluating the relationship between right bundle branch block (RBBB) and subclinical coronary atherosclerosis detected with coronary CT angiography (CCTA) in asymptomatic patients. The authors demonstrated that RBBB is not associated with an increased risk of subclinical coronary atherosclerosis and confirmed the prognostic value and the diagnostic accuracy of CCTA in coronary artery disease.
