A retrospective study tried to identify main imaging criteria at MDCT for the indication to potential neoadjuvant chemotherapy for colon cancer, considering also diagnostic performance among multireaders

A recent work from Abdominal Radiology wanted to describe the main imaging-based factors for
the indication to potential neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with colon cancer; T3/T4 stages
had the best diagnostic accuracy, while T3cd/T4 or T3/T4 with ≥4 cm suited a greater safety profile
    with higher interreader agreement.
