RSNA 2024 Annual Meeting:
Bridging people and technology to shape together the future of radiology

Dear readers,

As every year, the vibrant city of Chicago hosted the world’s largest medical imaging exhibition, the Annual Meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), held from December 1 to 5. This global event brought together imaging professionals from around the world to discuss the current state of radiology and explore the innovations shaping its future.

Guided by the motto “Building Intelligent Connections,” this year’s renowned congress aimed to unite the brightest minds in radiology, fostering meaningful connections between people and technology to advance the discipline.

For those unable to attend this inspiring international event, Prof. Laghi and Dr. Caruso—both active participants—have summarized the most noteworthy highlights of the five-day conference in the report below.

Additionally, we present a new clinical case to support those looking to refine their skills and apply them effectively in clinical practice. We hope you find it both engaging and beneficial!

As usual, suggestions for topics to be covered in future issues of this newsletter are welcome: please send your proposals to us at editorial@mdct.net (opens in a new window).
