THIS MONTH’S HIGHLIGHTS

The essence of RSNA 2022:
How to improve patient-centered care in the age
of advanced technology

Dear MDCT.net readers,

The 2022 Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Annual Meeting has just ended. It will probably leave in the mind of attendees the memory of intense scientific activities, lively entertainment occasions and, above all, the deep awareness that the increasingly astonishing technological innovations must be constantly placed at the service of the patient, who should remain at the center of the clinicians’ attention and care.

A whirlwind of plenary sessions, educational events, scientific discussions, award ceremonies, industry symposia and promotional presentations overwhelmed the attendees, including Prof. Torregrosa, who recalls for us the most significant moments of the meeting in her congress report we present here.

We also propose new and previously published clinical cases which, as the traditional RSNA Case Collection, will test your knowledge on the practical use of MDCT.

We remind you that suggestions for new topics to be covered in future newsletters are appreciated: for this purpose please contact us at editorial@mdct.net.
