    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 58-year-old female patient with known coronary artery disease and aortic valve stenosis was admitted to the Cardiology Department to evaluate the indication for aortic valve repair and plan the procedure.
    • The aortic stenosis was echocardiographically described as low-flow, low-gradient aortic stenosis.
    • To establish the indication for valve repair and plan the procedure, a CT scan of the heart and CT angiography of the entire aorta were requested.
    • Cardiac CT and CT angiography were performed according to the current European Society of Cardiovascular Radiology recommendations.
