1. Patient Presentation
- A 35-year-old man with moderate congenital ureteropelvic obstruction presented for surgical treatment.
- Laboratory tests were normal.
- Preoperative dynamic contrast-enhanced renal CT was performed, showing no additional findings except for a small renal lesion reported as a cyst (7 mm).
- Follow-up contrast-enhanced CT scan performed 9 months postoperatively demonstrated slight but objective growth of the “cyst” (13 mm).
