    • A 31-year-old puerperal woman presented with severe abdominal pain.
    • Her delivery had been uncomplicated.
    • The results of her laboratory tests were normal.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen and pelvis was performed to rule out ovarian torsion, endometritis, or any other potential postpartum complication.
