    • An 11-year-old boy with an unremarkable medical history collapsed with cardiac arrest
      during sport practice.

    • He was successfully resuscitated by immediate cardiac massage.
    • Laboratory tests revealed elevated serum troponin and creatine kinase levels.
    • Electrocardiography showed massive anterior myocardial infarction.
    • Echocardiography revealed anterior wall hypokinesia, but ventricular hypertrophy was not found.
    • The coronary angiogram was considered normal.
    • ECG-gated contrast-enhanced CT was performed.
