    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 59-year-old woman with a family history of colorectal cancer (in an older brother) presented for a CT colonography examination.
    • She had no gastrointestinal symptoms, and her medical history included only hypertension.
    • She had never previously undergone a colonic examination, having refused conventional colonoscopy. Thus, CT colonography was performed.
